Questions
Questions about a request
Who answers a request?
Shark Metals passes each request to metal suppliers and service centers that can quote it. A supplier that can quote it contacts you by email, or by phone if you gave a number.
Does it cost anything to send a request?
No. Sending a request is free and does not oblige you to buy anything. A price and its terms come from the supplier that quotes it.
Can I order a small amount?
Yes. The form takes requests from a single piece for a repair to repeat orders for a shop. Give the order size you expect, so a supplier can tell whether the order fits what it sells.
Can I attach a drawing?
The form takes no uploads. Paste a link to a drawing, cut list or bar list stored in a shared drive or folder.
What happens to my contact details?
They go with the request to the suppliers that may quote it, as the consent line on the form says. The privacy notice explains what is shared and how to ask for your details to be deleted.
